Your privacy is important!
Lionhouse Architects handle your personal data carefully. The term ‘Personal data’ refers to information about you personally (name, telephone number, e-mail, etc.). This declaration applies to the collection and processing of personal data in the context of our services.
1 Collection and use of personal data
You can provide us with personal data by filling out forms on our website, by sharing your business card or by contacting us. The personal information you provide may include your name, address, email address and telephone number.
We do not use your personal data for any other purposes than described in this privacy statement. We will never sell your personal data or share it with third parties outside the context of the service we provide without your explicit consent.
However, Lionhouse Architects are legally obliged to cooperate with law enforcement agencies if your personal data is requested. Obviously, we will only share this information within the framework of our statutory duty to disclose or as a result of a judicial decision.
In order to carry out our work, we may collect the following information from you:

- phone number
- IBAN data
- Chamber of Commerce number
- VAT number
The information above is required to contact you, to share information and to make or request payments.
WhatsApp and Social Media
Lionhouse Architects and their employees will never sell the WhatsApp chat conversations and other social media channels to third parties. Do not share privacy-sensitive personal information via WhatsApp or other social media channels with Lionhouse Architects and their employees.
2 Sharing of your information
Should it nevertheless be necessary to share your personal data, this will all take place within the objectives of the service we provide. Think, for example, of passing on your e-mail address to other advisers involved in the project.
3 Data integrity and security
We make every effort to maintain the full reliability, accuracy and completeness of all personal data and to protect their privacy and security. External service providers may only use your data for the performance of the relevant services.
Nevertheless, we are unable to provide guarantees against loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure and alteration or destruction of data, although we take all reasonable steps to prevent this from happening.
4 Your rights
Access and corrections
Upon request, we will provide you with an overview of all personal data we hold about you. We will also correct, change or delete personal data that is incorrect.
Your request will be processed within 30 days.

Right to information and deletion (right to be forgotten)
You may request us to block, correct or delete personal data that we hold about you. In addition, you can always withdraw the consent you have given us for the collection and use of your data. Please contact email@example.com.
Your request will be processed within 30 days.
5 Where we store your personal information
We store your personal information in our address databases, online accounting service, correspondence and project documents.
6 How long we store your personal information
Your data will be stored until the request for removal. Financial data is in any case stored according to the fiscal term of seven (7) years.
7 Data collection through the use of Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service. Both Google and Google Analytics use so-called “cookies”. Google Analytics collects information about your operating system, browser, IP address, the previously visited website, (referring URL), and the date and time you visited our website. Google uses this information to analyze your use of our website, to compile reports on the website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to the use of the website and internet usage. Google will pass this information on to third parties where this is legally prescribed or where third parties process this information on behalf of Google. 8 Newsletter and marketing
We are happy to keep you informed of our new projects and initiatives. We maintain a strict “opt-in” policy if you are not yet a business relation.
This means that we will not send newsletters or information unless you have requested to receive these updates. In the event that you wish to receive our newsletter, we will first have to confirm that you are the owner of the listed e-mail address and agree with the receipt of the newsletter. This data is only collected with the purpose of sending you the newsletter and not sold to third parties. If you already belong to our network of contacts, we will keep you informed of our news and offer you a simple way to unsubscribe from our newsletter if you wish. We use Mailchimp as our email marketing software. Mailchimp stores interactions to personalize the content of the newsletters.
If you do not want to receive further information from us, you can do so in the following ways:
- you can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email;
- you can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the request to unsubscribe
Once this information is received, we will immediately remove you from our direct marketing database.
We would like to point out that in some cases it is necessary to communicate with our clients and commissioners via e-mail, regardless of whether or not they have unsubscribed from the newsletter. This communication is exclusively service-related and is limited to providing essential information about our services. Due to the nature of the information and its importance, it is not possible to unsubscribe from this.
