8 Newsletter and marketing
We are happy to keep you informed of our new projects and initiatives. We maintain a strict “opt-in” policy if you are not yet a business relation.

In the event that you wish to receive our newsletter, we will first have to confirm that you are the owner of the listed e-mail address and agree with the receipt of the newsletter. This data is only collected with the purpose of sending you the newsletter and not sold to third parties. If you already belong to our network of contacts, we will keep you informed of our news and offer you a simple way to unsubscribe from our newsletter if you wish. We use Mailchimp as our email marketing software. Mailchimp stores interactions to personalize the content of the newsletters.
If you do not want to receive further information from us, you can do so in the following ways:

Once this information is received, we will immediately remove you from our direct marketing database.
We would like to point out that in some cases it is necessary to communicate with our clients and commissioners via e-mail, regardless of whether or not they have unsubscribed from the newsletter. This communication is exclusively service-related and is limited to providing essential information about our services. Due to the nature of the information and its importance, it is not possible to unsubscribe from this.
